Send footage from your field. I’ll help you see what your player needs and give their next practice a purpose.
Here’s how we’ll work together.
Share the starting point.
Tell me their goals, experience and training setup. Initial footage helps us choose one or two priorities.
Build a practice plan.
Use personalized assignments, progressions and the instructional library to work on those priorities.
Review and adjust.
Submit one weekly video package through OnForm. I’ll review it and give feedback to guide the next step.
Weekly allowance: up to three short clips, no more than 90 seconds combined. Both memberships use this same rhythm.
The focus
Help the player find solutions.
We’ll work on movement, fielding, throwing and reading the game. I use clear cues and purposeful challenges to help players learn what a play requires.
Mistakes give us something to learn from. Focus and effort give us something to build on.
Keep the setup simple.
- A phone with OnForm
- A glove, baseballs and safe practice space

- Time to practice between reviews
A few questions parents ask.
Who is this a good fit for?
Motivated infielders approximately ages 10–16 who can practice and send footage regularly. Younger athletes can be considered individually.
What happens during the first month?
We complete intake and parent consent, set up OnForm, and share filming guidance. Initial footage helps identify the first priorities. We review progress and adjust the work after four weeks.
When do we receive feedback?
Reviews follow a weekly coaching rhythm. Business hours and response expectations are confirmed during onboarding. Premium includes priority communication.
What does Premium add?
One private 25-minute call each month, a detailed monthly progress assessment, and priority communication. The weekly video allowance is the same as Standard.
